A professional designation for experienced financial professionals who wish to become experts in retirement income planning. A Retirement Income Certified Professional helps retirees and near-retirees develop a plan for managing and using the assets they have accumulated for retirement in order to live within a realistic budget and not run out of money prematurely.
Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF)
The LUTCF designation is awarded to financial services professionals who show proficiency in standardized ethical requirements and who also complete a five-course curriculum that focuses on life insurance planning.
Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®)
The ChFC® designation is an expansion on the coursework required for the CFP® designation. The coursework delves more into details of personal financial planning and is provided by the American College.
